Job Description
Performs stewarding daily shift duties of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company/industry/governmental guidelines specific to duties. Responsible for machine and/or manual ware washing of all china, glass, flatware, pots and pans, trays, cooking utensils and cutting boards. As well as organization and storage of cleaned items listed above. Responsible for floor cleaning and maintenance of assigned Food and Beverage outlets. Responsible for garbage maintenance, disposal and recycling procedures.
