Regional Director Finance NA Operations

The Regional Director of Finance (NA Operations) is the senior financial leader for the North American manufacturing organization. This role acts as the primary strategic partner to regional Operations and Finance leadership and is responsible for ensuring that every factory in the region is profitable, efficient, and following a consistent financial playbook.

As the functional lead for the region, you will manage a team of Plant Controllers across the US and Mexico. Your goal is to move the finance team beyond simple "scorekeeping" and turn them into active business partners who drive accurate forecasting, aggressive cost improvements, and a transparent, world-class control environment.
