YOUR MISSION
Build and lead a world-class executive search function that directly shapes the Glovo Talent House. As Head of Executive Search, your mission is to personally deliver critical leadership hires while building, coaching, and inspiring a small team of exceptional executive recruiters.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership to raise the bar for senior talent globally. Every hire you and your team make will strengthen our leadership bench, culture, and long-term performance.
THE JOURNEY
Personally lead and execute end-to-end executive searches for the most critical C-level, VP, and Director roles, from role scoping to offer acceptance
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of 3-4 executive recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, pace, and candidate experience
Partner closely with the Executive Team, Board members, and senior leaders as a strategic advisor on executive hiring, leadership capabilities, and succession planning
Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership, prioritizing roles, allocating searches, and stepping in where impact is highest
Build and maintain a strong global network of senior leaders, proactively engaging talent ahead of business needs
Ensure a consistently outstanding, human, and values-led executive candidate experience across all searchesUse market insights, data, and hiring metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and continuously raise the leadership bar
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
3+ years in leading executive search team and 8+ years of experience hiring executive and senior leadership (C-level, VP, Director) across multiple business functions and complex international environments
Strong credibility and experience partnering with executive leadership teams and boards, with the ability to challenge and influence at the highest level
Deep expertise in executive assessment
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to access and engage top-tier leadership talent globally
A strategic yet pragmatic mindset, able to switch seamlessly between long-term planning and hands-on execution
Strong data and insight orientation, using market intelligence and hiring metrics to inform decisions without compromising quality or candidate experience
High standards, sound judgment, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing leadership teams
