Job Description
The Fund Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting WinSport’s revenue generation and relationship management activities. This position is responsible for overseeing sponsorship contract management and fulfillment, maintaining accurate donor and sponsor records in the fund development CRM, and ensuring data integrity to support fundraising, sponsorship, and donor stewardship efforts.
The coordinator works closely with the Fund Development Director, to strengthen donor engagement, ensure excellence in stewardship and fundraising operations, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth across individual giving, events, corporate partnerships, and grants.
