Job Summary: We are seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to join our team onsite. This position is responsible for processing and managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
· Process and review invoices accurately and in a timely manner
· Maintain organized records and documentation
· Enter and update data in Excel and internal systems
· Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice-related inquiries
· Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· Basic office and administrative skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual (English/Russian) is preferred
· Previous invoicing or administrative experience is a plus
· Ability to commute to the onsite location required (125 Helen Street, South Plainfield, NJ, 07080)
