Position Summary:
Responsible for processing goods and emptying equipment for transportation flow according to GWH policy and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the outlet store and donation center to maximize profitability for mission services funding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure alignment and consistency of all aspects of the outlet store operations.

Operate assigned equipment safely in accordance with organizational and safety policies and procedures.

Process donated goods efficiently and effectively based on GWH’s needs and adapt to changes in commodities processing as assigned.

Bale merchandise, identify and demonstrate understanding of items that can be baled together or items that cannot be baled but should be processed separately.

Assist with quality control assurance.

Maintain accurate bale count with production equivalent to eight (8) to ten (10) bales per 8-hour shift, averaging over one (1) bale per hour.

Sort totes and process each tote with urgency when assigned.

Ensure that all products are constantly being rotated.

Assist in efficiently moving goods on the dock or production areas and when loading and unloading trucks with the aid of material handling equipment as needed.

Fill outlet boats with products and rotate them on and off the floor per the rotation schedule.
