The salary range for this position in Ontario is $140,000 to $180,000. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills and competencies, and unique qualifications.

Your role, your impact
As a Strategic Client Partner, your main objective will be to lead and expand business development activities for the financial sector. You’ll manage your client portfolio and be responsible for targeted accounts, proactively identifying strategic business opportunities to help our clients achieve their business goals and overcome challenges. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of our suite of services, driving growth and excellence within our client mandates and projects.
You’ll have a direct link with our clients and be responsible for maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with them, designing and implementing proposals that highlight the company’s expertise in areas such as business strategy, application services, enterprise solutions, and data and analytics. Your natural leadership, prospecting mindset, and ability to sell technology-driven solutions aligned with client priorities will be key to your success in this role.
Your day-to-day
Drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant ideas to increase market share or create new markets;
Identify and manage business opportunities with our strategic clients while selling and creating new opportunities within your portfolio;
Ensure account growth by developing annual plans for your assigned accounts and executing strategies to generate new sales;
Participate in the oversight and governance of all sold engagements and ongoing deliveries;
Collaborate with delivery directors to explore the potential of existing clients and partners;
Define the budget and sales forecasts in collaboration with the Vice-President, Financial Sector;
Actively contribute to drafting client proposals;
Participate in negotiating and establishing contractual agreements with our partners.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field;
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting, with extensive experience managing client projects and business development;
In-depth knowledge of the financial sector and its market structure, including products, players, technologies, industry dynamics, and relevant regulatory topics;
Proven skills in influencing, negotiation, and analysis;
Understanding of financial sector trends, including companies, projects, contacts and market strategies.
