Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to support a US-based technology client, working closely with their Real Estate team to plan and deliver workplace projects across Japan. The role covers office fit-outs, relocations, and consolidation initiatives, ensuring efficient planning and execution. You will oversee all office projects across Japan, supporting capital planning and ensuring consistent reporting, governance, and operational rhythm across multiple projects.
米国系テクノロジー企業のReal Estateチームと連携し、日本国内のワークプレイスプロジェクトを推進するプログラムマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、オフィス内装（Fit-out）、移転、統合プロジェクトの企画・実行を担当いただきます。日本国内のオフィスプロジェクト全体を統括し、キャピタルプランニングの支援および、複数プロジェクトにおけるレポーティングや運用プロセスの標準化・統制を担います。
Key responsibilities
- Program management including tracking and reporting progress across all office projects in Japan
- Develop project briefs to support procurement and onboarding of delivery teams
- Ensure consistency in reporting, communication, and stage-gate processes
- Support capital planning and maintain program governance
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
主な業務内容
- 日本国内におけるオフィスプロジェクト全体の進捗管理およびレポーティング
- 調達およびデリバリーチーム立ち上げを支援するためのプロジェクトブリーフの作成
- レポーティング、コミュニケーション、ステージゲートプロセスの一貫性の確保
- キャピタルプランニングの支援およびプログラムガバナンスの維持
- 社内外ステークホルダーへの定期的な進捗報告
Required
- Proven experience in program management and construction/project delivery
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel
- Strong English communication skills with clients, contractors, and end users

Preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Understanding of fit-out scheduling and cost management in Japan
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables independently
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Experience working with Real Estate teams and procurement processes
