Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Gaming Equipment Administrator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position: Gaming Equipment Administrator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of gaming equipment, including replacement of obsolete machines and assets

  • Support the development, testing, and rollout of new equipment and products across studio operations

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues

  • Evaluate technical solutions and recommend the most suitable options based on operational requirements

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance records, and regulatory paperwork

  • Deliver technical training and guidance to equipment specialists across multiple studio locations

  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and support field operations activities

  • Maintain equipment databases, update system records, and analyse operational data

  • Identify equipment performance issues and implement practical improvement solutions

  • Provide regular project and operational updates to the line manager

  • Support procurement decisions for high-value and specialised equipment purchases.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English and Serbian, both written and spoken

  • Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field

  • Hands-on experience working with machinery, technical equipment, or industrial systems

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment lifecycle management

  • Ability to read, maintain, and manage technical documentation

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard PC applications

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work rotating shifts across all three shift patterns.
