Job Description
This is a leadership role for someone who has lived the full EPM delivery lifecycle and is ready to own it the practice, the team, and the client outcome.
You’ll lead EPM engagements end to end across our enterprise client portfolio in the GCC and MENA, owning solution quality, delivery, and the business value the client signed up for.
What you’ll own
• Lead EPM engagements from scoping and solution architecture through delivery, go-live, and value realization.
• Manage and grow a team of consultants and analysts — mentor, review, and raise the bar on delivery quality.
• Own the client relationship at a senior level: expectations, scope, risk, and trust.
• Shape solution design decisions and make sure engagements land measurable business value, not just configured tools.
• Contribute to practice growth — methods, accelerators, and pre-sales support.
What we’re looking for
• 8+ years in EPM / financial systems delivery, including hands-on solution experience on an enterprise EPM platform (e.g. SAP SAC Planning, Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan).
• Strong finance domain expertise — planning, consolidation, and reporting at enterprise scale.
• Proven engagement and team leadership in a consulting or implementation environment.
• Senior stakeholder management — credible in front of finance leadership.
Nice to have
• Multi-platform EPM exposure.
• GCC/MENA delivery experience and Arabic.
