What You’ll DoAs a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hotel Citrine, you will support and guide a dynamic housekeeping team to maintain our signature standards of cleanliness, comfort, and style. You will: Supervise daily housekeeping operations and lead by example to ensure the highest guestroom and public space cleanliness Assign room and task duties to attendants based on occupancy, staffing levels, and performance Monitor progress throughout the day to ensure all rooms are serviced on time and to standard Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment Coordinate special cleaning projects, daily room readiness, and linen inventory and distribution Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols Serve as point of contact for guest requests related to housekeeping—responding promptly and professionally Step in as needed to assist with cleaning duties and ensure seamless operations What We’re Looking ForYou may be the ideal candidate if you: Have prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel Lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for service Are a strong communicator and team motivator who thrives in a fast-paced setting Demonstrate a working knowledge of housekeeping systems and safety protocols Are tech-savvy with experience using Word, Excel, and scheduling systems Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift Are flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shifts as needed What We Offer A creative, empowering environment where your ideas and leadership matter Opportunities for career growth within the Coury Hospitality portfolio Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits A company culture that celebrates individuality, excellence, and purpose Inspire excellence in every plate, every pour, and every guest interaction.
