Key responsibilities:
Supervise a variety of managers including Supervisor 1, Supervisor 2 and Assistant Director.
To guide, support, and develop Clinicians who provide services to people across the entire region.
Actively participates in program meetings, regional meetings, leadership meetings, agency committees, and/or projects.
Retain diverse, highly qualified leaders and provide career coaching, growth, and personal development for direct/indirect report employees.
In the absence of one, perform the role of Supervisor which will include: program oversight, staff training, adherence to state and city regulations, managing program budgets, liaising with families.
Evaluate program staffing needs, based on complexity and needs of the people we support.
Actively participate in the interviewing, hiring, new hire and ongoing training and annual evaluations of program leadership team.
Participate in the development and management of program budgets
Participate in community relations and fundraising activities.
Oversee and coordinate daily operations with support departments.
Act as a liaison with DDRO and assist with individual screenings.
Assist in the investigative process
Develop new programs/initiatives, as needed.
Evaluate and monitor program needs to ensure supports/services meet the changing needs of the people we support.
Assist the Supervisors in resolving relevant program, staff and family concerns.
Provide program/floor coverage, when necessary.
Make decisions according to agency policy to ensure appropriate treatments and delivery of services to people supported.
Provide ongoing consultation/problem solving support to the Interdisciplinary Team when there is present clinical, behavioral and/or health related challenges with the people we support.
Provide oversight of all financial systems related to the people we support and program expenditures.
Ensure leadership team is operating the program within budgetary guidelines.
Ensure that the Supervisor and team are properly maintaining the facility. Maintain compliance with external regulations, and internal policies and procedures
Oversee a wide range of programs based on complexity and needs, typically a larger case load than the Assistant Director.
Facilitate audits
Perform responsibilities as they currently exist or may change in meeting the needs of the department
Compensation:
$72,000/annually - $78,000/annually
