Job Description

The HR & ER Partner is responsible for proactively developing, implementing, and refining human capital strategies aligned with business needs, while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent management and workforce planning initiatives. The scope of this job includes resolving workforce challenges, promoting a positive workplace culture, and providing guidance to teammates and leaders on a variety of employment relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce planning activities, including headcount and workforce data tracking, designing and optimizing organizational and job structures, and collaborating with operations on effective staffing coverage to meet business needs.
  • Manage and execute employment relations programming, including performance management, conflict resolution, routine investigations, corrective action, and all departure-related processes.
  • Support managers in navigating various employment issues, including proper interpretation and consistent application of employment policies and practices by providing tailored guidance, scalable tools, scorecards, playbooks, and resources to improve team effectiveness, particularly in high-growth and complex environments.
  • Drive team effectiveness and engagement by identifying learning and development gaps and guiding the execution of annual engagement survey action plans.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen talent management practices, including performance management consistency, probationary period effectiveness, and overall team performance outcomes, while managing annual and mid-year talent cycles.
  • Proactively identify and address turnover and performance risks using data and trends, implement retention strategies, and ensure follow-through on action plans and targeted interventions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
