The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand application demands and ensuring that the developed software meets the intended functionality and performance standards. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business needs are integral to the daily responsibilities, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Order Management.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable application architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud-based platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
