Senior Manager Data Analytics CLRWD - Center for Leadership Research and Workforce Development

The Senior Manager of Data Analytics will provide technical leadership and data management expertise for the JNIWL Center for Leadership Research and Workforce Development, serving as the primary architect for the HerDataTX platform and supporting evidence-based research on women’s leadership. While housed within the Center for Leadership Research and Workforce Development, this position serves as the primary data and research analytics resource for all three centers of the Jane Nelson Institute, supporting a unified research agenda focused on women’s leadership. This position combines advanced technical expertise in data analytics with research support, managing comprehensive data collection, analysis, and platform development that enables the Center’s research initiatives and workforce development programming.
