Bindery Operator 1 - ABMO   Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 with a 7% increase for second and third shift.   Additional Incentives: $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement Company will provide all tools necessary 2 Weeks Vacation Training provided   Work Hours: 1st Shift  7:00am - 3:00pm, 8-10 hour shifts   Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN:  North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West.  This job is for the South Plant.     As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will: Set up, Adjust & Operate a single piece of Machinery Participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position Inspect equipment for safety issues Monitor quality, output and productivity Learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust machine to target levels Learn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required Assist lead operator with providing guidance to crew members Work in a team environment and cross-train with others   Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20-50 pounds Ability to stand for the duration of your shift     Qualifications: Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
