Job Description

Perform sales & marketing strategies of the business unit with the objective of achieving the sales target and providing high levels of service quality.Sales Address all forms of sales inquiries, including walk-ins, telephone calls, and emails, as well as during soft and project launches, to ensure daily sales targets are met. Monitor and update records of available units for sale to facilitate smooth sales processes. Customer Service Implement and manage programs designed to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Execute excellent customer service initiatives to ensure high levels of service quality. Marketing Execute marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements, and promotions. Authorities Submit new or renewal applications for APDL, report Borang 7F, and NAPIC reports to ensure compliance with MOH submission requirements. Market Survey Conduct market surveys and research to understand the latest market demands and trends. Sales Documentation Follow up with bankers on loan application statuses and ensure the timely signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements within 21 days to achieve high operational efficiency.
