Job Summary
The Shift Lead / Key Holder is responsible for directing restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. In this role, you will help achieve the highest standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Service: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and other menu items while greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Shift Management: Monitor employee breaks, track overtime, and oversee scheduling during your shift.
- Team Leadership: Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
