What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and replenishing the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet while providing exceptional guest service. This position ensures the breakfast area remains clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming throughout service hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet before service begins.
• Ensure all food items are properly displayed, stocked, and replenished throughout breakfast service.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining room.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Clear and clean tables promptly during and after guest use.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and breakfast equipment as needed.
• Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
• Properly store food and supplies at the end of service.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of supply needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist guests with questions and special requests when possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
