The Product Manager sits between strategic intent and execution — owning end-to-end process design for assigned domains, driving investment prioritization, and coaching Product Owners and Product Leads to elevate overall team performance. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for an experienced product professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Roadmap Ownership
Own the domain or value-stream roadmap end-to-end, including sequencing, dependencies, and milestones

Build strong, trust-based partnerships with technology, data, architecture, and compliance teams
Represent the product organization in cross-functional forums and strategic planning sessions
Business Process Ownership
Own end-to-end process design for CRM domains under management
Ensure process designs align to enterprise standards while meeting line-of-business operational needs
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities surfaced through delivery, data analysis, or stakeholder feedback
Partner with operational SMEs and business analysts to document and validate process designs
Delivery Accountability
Accountable for delivery outcomes across releases within assigned domains
Monitor delivery health across Product Owner-led sprint teams and escalate risks proactively
Ensure release readiness through milestone tracking, scope management, and cross-team coordination

Backlog Management
Oversee backlog health, alignment, and quality across owned domains
Define backlog grooming standards and ensure Product Owners maintain prioritized, actionable queues
Provide strategic direction on feature prioritization and backlog sequencing
Validate that backlog items reflect the right level of business, technical, and compliance detail
Data & Platform Stewardship
Ensure domain deliverables align to enterprise data and architecture standards
Champion data quality, platform governance, and scalability considerations in all product decisions
Partner with data and architecture teams to review and approve data design decisions
Escalate systemic data quality or platform compliance issues to the Product Director
Risk, Controls & Compliance
Ensure product requirements address applicable risk, control, and compliance obligations
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to identify and resolve regulatory requirements
Monitor delivery to confirm that controls are properly embedded into features and user acceptance criteria
Represent the product team in regulatory, audit, and controls review forums as needed
Change, Adoption & Enablement
Own the release-level enablement plan including training, communication, and adoption milestones
Measure and track feature adoption post-launch and drive corrective action where adoption falls short
Partner with change management resources to ensure business readiness for each release
Build success metrics for enablement and report outcomes to senior stakeholders
People & Team Leadership
Coach, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Product Leads within the CRM product organization
Conduct regular one-on-ones, provide actionable feedback, and support career growth planning
