Nail Technician Lead, Lincoln Park

Location: Lincoln Park, IL Opportunity To provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication will be on-going among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Providing guests with professional nail services that exceed their expectations Cleaning assigned work areas after every service and being knowledgeable of appropriate sanitary procedures Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the hotel Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co. This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm.
