About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions across complex client engagements.
This role combines hands-on solution architecture with team leadership responsibilities, supporting delivery across our NSW consulting team.
You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end solution design, guiding stakeholders through key decisions, and ensuring outcomes are scalable, practical, and aligned with platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across client engagements, including functional, technical, integration, and data design
- Translate business requirements into cohesive solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Define architecture approach, integration strategy, environment design, and security models
- Facilitate solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Provide clear recommendations, options, and trade-offs to support decision making
- Partner with architects, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure consistency across delivery
- Govern design decisions throughout the project lifecycle from requirements through to deployment
- Review and approve key solution design artefacts and documentation
- Support testing strategy and identify risks early in delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution input and estimates
- Support team capability uplift, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Unified Operations and/or Customer Engagement) and Power Platform
- Experience working in complex, multi-stream delivery environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end solution design and architecture principles
- Experience using Azure DevOps for managing requirements, user stories, and delivery scope
- Ability to guide technical and functional design decisions across projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
