Client Focus
- Contribute effectively to client relationship though seeking knowledge and understanding of client s and their business environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding and application of basic market research principles.
- Build knowledge of relevant Ipsos tools and techniques and apply it to projects.
Financial
- Demonstrate understanding of job costing process and the importance of the effective financial management of projects.
- Demonstrate understanding of how ones actions affect job costs and profitability
Expertise
- Strict compliance with ISO standards.
- Contribute to client briefing meetings.
- Liaise with operations team/ project management and prepares simple costs
- Contribute to the content of pitch/proposal documents
- Contribute to preparation of Analysis Plan
- Check scripts, outputs and dummy data accurately
- Contribute to the writing/setting up questionnaires/discussion guides
- Manage relationships with operations team.
- Regular contact clients on project-related matters (under supervision when necessary)
- Attend group/depth interviews and takes notes
- Develop code frames and table specifications
- Understand different sampling approaches and their impact on weighting
- Understand different data analysis approaches and their applications
- Involvement in job costing and an understanding of the importance of the close financial management of projects
- Understand and apply quality procedures on projects
- Contribute to the development of presentations/reports/deliverables
- Check presentations/deliverables accurately
- Attend client presentations
- Contribute to team project reviews
- Collate and share project learnings
People
- Provide support and help to Interns and new Research Executives
- Work effectively with senior members of the team and operations.
Adherence to Company Rules and Regulations
- Demonstrate faithful obedience to Company rules and regulations.
