Privileged Access Management Analyst
Summary
As the Vice President, Privileged Access Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Privileged Access Management capabilities of our Information Security department. Based in London, you will be responsible overseeing effectiveness of PAM capabilities implemented by projects, continually assess and drive capability improvements to reduce residual PAM risks. Reporting directly to the Director of PAM Operations, your role will be instrumental in driving governance frameworks, policy implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at safeguarding our digital assets.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
General IT Security Expertise
- Experienced in IT Security or Cybersecurity Operations
- Working knowledge of PAM and IAM concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments (Windows / Linux / AD / Networking / Databases
- Data analysis and presentation (SQL and scripting experience nice to have)
- Experienced operating within a regulated or audit-driven environment preferred
Process Design & Governance
- Must be able to work independently and possess strong critical thinking skills
- Experienced supporting implementation or transition of enterprise security tools (PAM preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to successful partner with Security, IAM and Technology stakeholders to implement secure solutions while achieving high adoption rate with limit friction
- Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into operational processes
- Experience defining support model / escalations / process interlocks
- Ability to create measurable, repeatable, and audit-ready operating procedures
- Embed CLS risk management framework in all aspects of PAM operations. Team liaison with LoDs.
- Experience aligning processes to risk and control requirements
Documentation & SOP development
- Strong technical writing skills specifically for IT Security initiatives (PAM preferred)
- Experience developing:
- Standard operating procedures
- Process flow diagrams
- Control documentation
- Runbooks
- Ability to clearly illustrate processes using tools like Visio or PPT
- Ability to produce documentation suitable for audit and compliance review
- Maintain process, procedures and runbooks
- Coordinate DR testing and maintain procedures for major incidents
PAM Performance monitoring and governance
- Define, maintain and operate a PAM metrics framework
- Develop and operationalize PAM dashboards and reports for leadership and governance
- Develop and maintain PAM RACI
Exception management
- Ensure deviations from PAM controls are formally managed and monitored. Expected Outcomes
