Our office is in the center of Budapest, in WestEnd Office Towers and the Supply Chain department, where the Transport Administrator position belongs, has an important role in the life of our company, as they are supporting the whole European region with supply planning and demand of Celltrion healthcare products.
Transport Administrator (Fixed-term)
We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Hungary.
You are in the right place if you are looking for your next step in your career where you can expand your knowledge of logistic services within pharmaceutical industry and being part of a dynamic team. In this position you will be covering certain areas in Europe and involved in transport arrangements for huge volumes of pharmaceuticals products.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Shipping schedule table administration responsibility, keeping up to date
Cost
Dates
Value, etc
ESG table export side creation
Marketing and Complaint sample arrangement, and follow up
Shipping documents creation support for senior colleagues
Participating in internal and external training
Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in economics, logistics, business management or a related field
0-3 years of logistics experiences (Prior experience in Pharma industry is a plus)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience in ERP system
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-tasking
Goal and Target oriented, dynamic person
