This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. This temporary position is located at 1915 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh - Wake County, with Department of Administration.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.57 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Job duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Maintaining MFM tow trucks, ensure all fluids and equipment are in proper operational order.
- Taking vehicles to vendors for service.
- Ability to travel statewide on a daily basis.
- Availability to stay overnight occasionally.
- Working closely with Assistant Fleet Manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Working with Fleet Manager and Garage Manager as needed.
- When not towing vehicles, assist with changing tires, oil changes, replacing batteries, jump starting vehicles, and moving vehicles to vendors if needed.
Minimum Education and Experience

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Requirements Must possess necessary licenses or certifications to operate assigned types of vehicles or equipment.
