Job Description

Main Responsibilities
- Ability to perform changeovers on presses including all die work
- Perform general maintenance on all production equipment including presses, sealer, scrap system and air system
- Experience using computers, programming PLC’s and writing ladder PLC logic.
- Electrical experience removing and installing motors, relays, valves, pumps and varies electrical components.
- Diagnostics, removal and installation of hydraulics and pneumatics, pumps and pump pressure settings.
- Ability to adjust major pieces of production equipment to remedy nonconforming items as deemed necessary by the QC department or shift supervisor
- Perform the modification of major pieces of production equipment to improve quality, increase safety or decrease downtime as deemed necessary by Management
- Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipment
- Performance of weekly compressor checks
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
Job Summary
Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logsEnsure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipent according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.
What you will do
1. Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards2. Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards3. Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance4. Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP5. Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:6. Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised7. Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teams
We believe you have
Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts. SAP basic knowledge WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis Expereince and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge Production processe knowledge is preferred
