Working alongside business leaders, consultants, and operational experts, you will translate complex data into meaningful stories that drive change and influence strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities
Build and improve models, data mining techniques, and explore opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning solutions to improve the operational processes behind the changeover team.
Review and support current key tools used by the changeover team and Dealers/stores to, enhance usability.
Develop reporting dashboards & reports to translate complex data into actionable insights across the team and dealer network, with an openness to leveraging AI-powered analytics tools.
Partner with business stakeholders to ingest and utilize new data sources as they become available, to create usable datasets to provide ad hoc business reporting and analysis as requested.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems, developing data-driven and AI-enhanced solutions to overcome these problems and add tangible business value. Query, extract and transform raw data from multiple data sources to build a data pipeline, conduct key insight and in-depth analysis of changeover specific data to recommend or prove solutions.
Develop and improve key reporting tools using KNIME, MS Excel and BI Platforms.
Be responsible for and improve the handling of data and act as Changeover data steward. Partner with IT, business stakeholders and Dealers to influence decision-making with data.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Advanced SQL expertise with strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation.
Demonstrated experience building data models, ETL processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical solutions.
Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, along with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Experience working with cloud platforms and data warehousing technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Cloudera, or similar solutions.
Exposure to automation tools such as KNIME, Power Automate, Power Apps, or VBA is considered an asset.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain the “so what” behind the data and influence business decisions.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000.00 – $88,000.00.
Our typical hiring range is between $75,000.00 and $88,000.00. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
