Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Human Resource Executive to work remotely.
Scope of Work:
- Expert Guidance: Providing expert counseling and support through federal hiring process, providing subject matter expertise and support for personnel impacted by MOC-A relocation, fielding various questions from field regarding FMLA, workers compensation, benefits, etc.
- Personnel & Action Management: Leading hiring initiatives, tracking PAR actions (SF-52s), and standardizing Position Descriptions (PDs).
- Performance & Operations: Managing performance management frameworks, annual pay for performance system, analyzing agency manpower requirements, assisting with development and tracking of staffing plans.
- Systems Tracking: Overseeing and optimizing the personnel action tracking system, supporting tracking and resolution of pay and leave issues, providing oversight for personnel issues (disciplinary actions, investigations, long-term NFFD).
Salary Range: $90.00 - $100.00
