Overview Digitas, the digital & technical agency of Publicis Groupe Greece, is looking for an extroverted and highly experienced Senior Technical Manager! We’re seeking a professional who comfortably bridges marketing strategy with technical execution, with a strong focus on the day-to-day management and implementation of CRM systems. The ideal candidate is a collaborative expert who leads with confidence while staying hands-on with digital platforms, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end digital strategies with a primary focus on CRM, Commerce, and SEO. Manage the day-to-day technical execution and configuration of CRM platforms, including automation and segmentation. Act as the lead technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into functional solutions. Oversee project lifecycles to ensure technical best practices and timely delivery. Support new business efforts by providing technical roadmaps and feasibility analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to align creative and data requirements with platform capabilities. Analyze campaign results and present data-driven reports for continuous optimization. Qualifications Proven experience in a technical management or senior CRM role within a digital agency. Deep hands-on expertise in implementing and managing CRM platforms Excellent command of Google Analytics and data interpretation. Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite. Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
