The Manager, Supply Planning - Mobile leads a team responsible for end-to-end inventory planning and management of mobile devices and accessories. This role develops and executes short- and long-term supply plans to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, supporting sales, optimizing inventory, and minimizing risk. As the Manager, Supply Planning - Mobile, you'll oversee inventory across all channels, including retail, manage new product launches and product end-of-life, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply planning team
Own and execute supply plans aligned with demand, inventory targets, and business priorities
Manage inventory flow across all channels to ensure availability and reduce excess or obsolete stock
Lead weekly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) discussions with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and performance
Oversee product lifecycle planning, including new device launches and end-of-life strategies
Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
5+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven experience leading people and influencing cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply planning and inventory control
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (SCMP or equivalent is an asset)
Experience in telecommunications, mobile devices, or electronics is a strong asset
