Job Description: 

• Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

• Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support

• Working knowledge of Fast Formulas

• Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing

• Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Benefits (Mandatory), Compensation

• Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, locations, and security

• Configure benefits programs, plans, options, rates, eligibility profiles, and life events

• Configure compensation plans, budgets, awards, and eligibility rules

• Gather business requirements and create functional design and configuration documents

• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization

• Provide L2/L3 production support and manage Oracle quarterly release impacts

• Support HDL data loads, integrations, and reporting requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits

• Experience with eligibility profiles and working knowledge Fast Formulas

• Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
