Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and Hyper-V platforms.
- Manage physical server lifecycle, firmware, BIOS and hardware standards.
- Oversee SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NVMe/TCP storage infrastructure.
- Manage enterprise backup, restore validation and disaster recovery testing.
- Drive server patching, vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
- Lead Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity Management using ITIL practices.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python or Ansible.
- Maintain monitoring platforms including Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus and SolarWinds.
- Lead regional server engineers, vendor management and operational governance.
- Support infrastructure projects including server refresh, migrations and new data centre deployments.
- Maintain documentation, CMDB, SOPs and operational runbooks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise server infrastructure experience.
- Minimum 3 years leading infrastructure or server operations teams.
- Experience in large enterprise or data centre environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, storage and backup platforms.

- VMware VCP
- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
- Microsoft Azure Administrator
- ITIL Foundation
- Dell Technologies Proven Professional
- RHCSA
- CISSP or CISM (advantage)
