YOUR MISSION

When a technician identifies a qualified replacement opportunity, you'll join the conversation live while the technician is still in the customer's home.

The technician remains onsite. The customer is engaged. Trust has already been established.

Your job is to guide the homeowner through the buying process, present solutions, explain financing options, answer questions, overcome objections, and help them make a confident decision right then and there.

No delays.

No chasing appointments.

No lost opportunities.

Just a seamless customer experience that helps homeowners get the solutions they need today.

This process works because it combines three powerful things:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take live transfer calls from field technicians who have identified qualified replacement opportunities

  • Participate in real-time conversations with technicians and homeowners

  • Present replacement options, financing solutions, warranties, and system recommendations

  • Help customers understand the value behind their investment

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently

  • Guide homeowners toward informed buying decisions

  • Collaborate with technicians on equipment sizing, measurements, and replacement recommendations

  • Ensure smooth project handoff and scheduling after the sale

  • Maintain accurate notes and sales activity within company systems

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and conversion goals
