Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.能够执行多种不同的，较复杂的，规定的组装/校准等工作。按照工艺文件及质量要求保质保量完成焊接任务
2. 根据领班的安排并依照安全生产程序和组装工艺程序以及新的工艺文件进行操作
3. 能及时发现生产过程中的不合格品。检验焊接完成后的质量，进行补焊和重焊
4. 制定实施焊接控制方案；各类焊接不良的品质改善
5. 遇到任何异常情况，立即向工程师或领班报告，并能配合工程师收集相关信息
REQUIREMENTS：
1.有3年以上焊接经验，熟悉铜管钎焊工作（具暖通\空调铜管\压缩机钎焊工作经验）
2. 具有焊接特种作业操作证
3. 较好了解相关工作的知识以及工艺和规范；能操作各种手工具和设备
4. 能够解决组装标定过程中的一些简单问题
5. 能服从加班安排
MEASUREMENT:
1.每小时产量
2. 不合格品发生率
3. 独立完成工作的能力
4. 及时解决产线简单问题的能力
