Key job responsibilities
You will lead up to two strategic programs per year, each targeting a minimum of $10MM in savings through process optimization, cycle count strategies, and expiry management. Working across EU5 Same Day sites — from dark stores to automated formats — you will translate complex data on INF rate, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy into scalable quality frameworks, influencing Same Day Directors, AMZL Regional Directors, and cross-functional senior stakeholders.
The EU Senior Program Manager leads high-impact quality and inventory programs within Amazon's Same Day delivery network. Based preferably in the UK but open to other corporate office location in Europe,
- Experience with end-to-end project management, or experience in senior level leadership support
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Travel up to 30% of the time
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles
- Experience delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment
- Experience working with networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis, or experience as a lean sensei
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Amazon Program Management 2026 training completion.
