What you’ll contribute to
Step into an exciting opportunity as a National Incentives & Promotions Specialist within our dynamic National Sales Division. This team sits at the heart of everything we do—driving national vehicle sales, optimising market share, and delivering strong business performance through seamless planning, coordination, and execution.
In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful incentive and promotional strategies that energise our Dealer Network, elevate customer satisfaction, and maximise sales performance across the value chain.
This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a 12-month max term role.
How you’ll make an impact
Design & deliver engaging incentive programs, and rewards that inspire dealership performance and enhance customer experience.
Bring ideas to life by supporting the rollout of tactical campaigns, events, and initiatives—ensuring timely execution and clear communication to stakeholders
Turn data into insight by analysing performance results and providing actionable reporting to National and Regional teams
Drive excellence by ensuring all programs are compliant, delivered on time, and aligned with company policies
Track & optimise program performance against milestones, applying continuous improvement through PDCA reviews and reflections
Own the detail through effective budget management and accurate processing of invoices

A relevant degree in or equivalent experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
Proven project management capability-from planning through to execution and tracking, while successfully multitasking across competing priorities.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Solid understanding of Dealer Network operations is desirable
