Summary:
The PacSci Business Sr. Program Coordinator will help play a crucial part in the PacSci culture by driving critical deliveries to our customers, as well as continuous improvements throughout the organization. You will work closely with Program Managers to manage the tactical execution of programs and other various scopes of work. In your role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with all functional team members, cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement, benchmark new best practices and improve status quo in our current systems.
The Sr. Program Coordinator will work alone and with the project team. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities with instruction by the Program Manager:
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects by creating and updating customer document submittals, (i.e. SDRLs, Monthly Progress Reports) and the Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project.
• Planning and managing Outlook meetings and logging and managing action items for customer and internal meetings.
• Liaising with the project team and various cross-functional disciplines (Planning, Contracts, Quality, Manufacturing and Purchasing) to assist in the completion of project tasks.
• Data mining, organization, and analysis.
• Conducting administrative duties, such as material pick up and distribution, status work order releases and material line of balance maintenance, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
• HS Diploma (required)
• AA Degree OR Bachelors in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to perform daily job task

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46-43.56
Is this role subject to ITAR?
