Job Description
NAES Corporation is seeking a Mechanic Tech to support maintenance activities at Astoria Energy.
Astoria Energy and Astoria Energy II are two 650 MW combined-cycle power plants located side by side on the East River in northwest Queens, New York. Both facilities use 2x1 GE 7FA gas turbines—Astoria Energy with an Alstom steam turbine and Astoria Energy II with a GE D11 steam turbine—to provide efficient, reliable power to the region. In addition to natural gas, Astoria Energy is capable of burning ultra-low sulfur No. 2 fuel oil, enhancing fuel flexibility and operational resilience.
Initial compensation will range from $68.01 to $70.01 per hour.
