Your Future Team
The Manager of M&A Integrations is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring that newly acquired Advisor practices experience a smooth, well-supported transition onto the Hightower platform. This role focuses on understanding each practice’s workflows, service model, and client experience so Advisors can quickly and confidently operate within a Hightower ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in an Advisory practice within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) environment. They will be naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating the nuances of Advisor operations. Their experience working directly with Advisors will help them anticipate challenges and design an onboarding experience that sets each practice up for long-term success. This role is focused on cross-functional execution management, while working directly with Advisors and support staff of newly acquired teams.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with new advisory practices, through M&A integrations, to understand how they operate (client onboarding, trading, compliance, etc.) to optimize their integration
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Hightower platform to help new practices efficiently operate once fully integrated
Collaborate with Hightower subject matter experts to identify operational aspects of the new practice that require special attention
Work with Integration Leads to augment integration project plans with the unique qualities of each new practice
Track the execution of project plans and follow up with home office SMEs as needed
Work with home office SMEs and Advisor practices to understand operational best practices to further support the new practice’s integration and help optimize go forward operation at Hightower
Track key KPIs to ensure success including – Advisor platform readiness, platform usage and adoption, and pre vs post close processing performance
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in an operational role for an RIA preferred
CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time

Base salary of $120,000- $130,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
