Job Description
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and operational support of the ServiceNow platform to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient service across the firm. This role serves as a point of contact for platform support, troubleshooting incidents, resolving configuration issues, monitoring system health, and platform standards. Working closely with firm clients, attorneys, practice group stakeholders, and the ServiceNow development team, the Administrator supports and maintains firm operational workflows by managing users, roles, groups, assignments, and configurations.
