Job Purpose
To drive data‑driven decision‑making across Digital Banking by leading business analytics, performance reporting, and strategic evaluation. The role focuses on revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and development of actionable insights to support sustainable growth across key banking segments.
Key Result Area
- End‑to‑end ownership of business reporting and performance dashboards for Digital Banking segments
- Monitoring and analysis of income, expenses, profitability, and ROI across products and channels
- Development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
- Execution of exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify customer behavior trends and growth opportunities
- Design and implementation of revenue attribution frameworks across channels and products
- Identification of performance gaps with recommendations for corrective actions
- Delivery of actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making
- Assurance of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of banking products, P&L, revenue drivers, and cost structures
Knowledge of digital banking metrics and performance frameworks
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau or similar analytical tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate data into clear strategic insights
5–8 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or financial analysis
Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred
Digital banking or analytics‑led environment experience is an advantage
