Clemens Food Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking 3rd Shift Sanitation Worker (8PM - 4:30AM) to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment. If you take pride in hands-on work and supporting food safety standards. What You’ll Do
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing our facility to meet all safety and regulatory requirements. This is a physically demanding position that involves working in both hot and cold environments.
Key responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, and work areas

Operating high-pressure hoses, sanitation tools, and cleaning chemicals

Frequently lifting and moving hoses, equipment, chemical containers, and trash/inedible containers weighing 20–80 lbs throughout each shift

Following all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Assisting with janitorial duties as needed

Working outdoors occasionally, as required
What We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Legally authorized to work in the United States
-
Ability to regularly lift up to 80 lbs (with assistance)

Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)

Prior sanitation or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
