Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize customer and DHL systems to manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with warehouses and customers to resolve logistical issues.
  • Investigate and address problematic cases and escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage customer orders in different system

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Fresh graduates, entry-level candidates are welcome, experience in customer service/ international logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong teamwork and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
