Job Title: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both EPIC and NextGen electronic health record (EHR) systems and be comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients, take vital signs, and document medical histories
Assist providers with examinations and procedures
Accurately enter and update patient information in EPIC and NextGen systems
Manage patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Requirements:

 Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited school or program (required)
 Proven experience using EPIC and NextGen EHR systems
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting

Previous experience in a clinical setting (Primary Care, Internal Medicine)
 Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
 Bilingual a plus
