As a Financial Business Analyst / Quality Assurance professional, you’ll play a critical role in implementing global systems in Brazil, ensuring they meet local requirements and regulatory standards. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with global teams, local stakeholders, and vendors to design and implement financial systems tailored to Brazil’s unique requirements. Lead the charge in ensuring system compliance with Brazilian accounting, tax, and regulatory standards, aligning with global frameworks like IFRS and US GAAP. Develop and execute robust testing plans to ensure seamless system functionality, from integration to user acceptance testing. Facilitate change management by creating training materials, conducting sessions, and supporting teams in adopting new tools and processes. Oversee data migration, integration, and banking connectivity to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor, managing vendor relationships and aligning stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels. About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings: A strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with experience in processes like period close, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable. Proven expertise in implementing financial systems such as JDE (JD Edwards), Kyriba, Concur, or AP automation tools. A deep understanding of Brazilian tax and accounting rules, including SPED, ICMS, ISS, and PIS/COFINS. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) and the ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.
