
Machine Learning Engineer, Business Integrity

We aim to meet our users’ needs with reliable and high-performing platforms and services. We are looking for strong machine learning engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable machine learning models, and partner across disciplines with global teams, in pursuit of excellence. Given the fast growth of TikTok in the world, we are working on building a next-generation content understanding system for TikTok monetization. We are seeking Research Engineers who are experienced in machine learning, which can help us create an ecosystem that rewards high quality user experience and advertiser value.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of state-of-the-art large-scale content understanding projects.
- Deep dive in cutting-edge AIGC model research and application.
- Work with product and business teams on product vision.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Master/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Possesses a solid foundation in machine learning, with a deep understanding of technologies such as MLLM/LLM/CV/NLP/multimodal/Agent, and strong self-learning ability.
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, with experience in large-scale model training/deployment, excellent engineering implementation capabilities, proficient in Python/C++.
- Familiar with multimodal model applications, such as content understanding/content integrity/advertisement understanding/product understanding/multimodal understanding/tagging systems.
- Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Has experience in ad systems, recommendation, searching, ranking, etc.
- Research experience in but not limited to the following areas (as the first author of published papers at CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, TPAMI, IJCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, etc.)
