Warehouse Department Manager

The Warehouse Department Manager I is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single functional department within the distribution center. This role leads hourly associates, ensures safe and efficient execution of inbound workflows, and drives performance against productivity, quality, and service KPIs. The Department Manager partners closely with the Operations Manager & Distribution Director to execute operational plans, support staffing and training needs, and continuously improve processes to meet customer and business requirements
