Industrial Engineer

Boise Cascade is seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to join our team!

Responsible for evaluating and improving plant performance in the areas of safety, quality, production output and operating cost. This is a hands-on position that involves performing research, conducting experiments and gathering data in a plant environment while leading action teams to drive results. There is opportunity to study current production processes, recommend improvements utilizing the Boise Improvement Cycle and gain exposure to multiple departments.
