
Vendor Performance PM, Integrated Business Planning
Job Description
Key job responsibilities
• Improving overall Vendor Performance in key metrics for Brazil marketplace;
• Adopt Tech tools and scalable process to improve inbound efficiency;
• Reduce inbound defects on Vendor Delivery;
• Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces for new systems and tools;
• Outsourcing activities to shared service centers;
• Design and enforce the governance framework, including Flash Reports, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and standardized role and responsabilities (RACI) matrix with cross-team accountability
• Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
Amazon.com.br is looking for a smart and driven Program Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning team. The Program Manager will be responsible for improvements in Vendor Experience on inbound processes,
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
